General information, not advice
Content on this site is general information about mortgages in Winnipeg and Manitoba. It isn’t financial, legal or tax advice for your situation. Please talk to us, and to a lawyer or accountant where appropriate, before making decisions.
Rates, calculators and estimates
Rates, ranges, payments and other figures on this site, including results from our calculators and quote forms, are illustrative estimates only. They are not a rate offer, a pre-approval or a commitment to lend. Rates change often, and the rate and terms you receive depend on the lender, your credit, income, down payment, property and other factors. All mortgages are subject to lender approval and, where applicable, mortgage default insurance approval.
Broker disclosure and compensation
We arrange mortgages with a range of lenders and don’t lend money ourselves. In most residential transactions the lender pays compensation to the brokerage when your mortgage funds. Where a fee is payable by you, or where we have a relationship with a lender that you should know about, we’ll disclose it in writing before you commit.
Third-party links
The site links to other websites, such as the Bank of Canada, CMHC and lenders. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and current but don’t guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
Intellectual property
