Hi, I’m Poupe.

I help Winnipeg families, first-time buyers and homeowners find the right mortgage, and I make sure you understand it before you sign. My goal is simple: to get you the best rate and terms you qualify for, with advice that feels like a conversation, not a sales pitch.

I’m a licensed Mortgage Agent with CENTUM Financial Services LP (AFC). My office is at 1194 Jefferson Ave in north Winnipeg, and I work with clients across the city and throughout Manitoba.

What I do

A bank can only offer you its own products. As a mortgage professional, I compare options from banks, Manitoba credit unions and broker-channel lenders, then walk you through the trade-offs: rate, term, prepayment privileges, penalties and flexibility. I help with:

• First-time home purchases and pre-approvals
• Renewals, refinancing and debt consolidation
• Self-employed borrowers and bruised credit
• New construction, land and cottages
• Commercial and investment property, HELOCs and reverse mortgages

How I’m paid

For most residential mortgages, my advice costs you nothing: the lender pays the brokerage when your mortgage funds. For some specialized files, such as private mortgages, a fee may apply. If it does, I’ll tell you the amount in writing before you commit to anything.
